Called one gas company who wasn't willing to help. I called Airgas and even though they ALSO couldn't help with my exact issue, Bill talked me through how to do it on my own. He was incredibly helpful and calmed my frustration. Airgas is always top notch on customer service!

Walked into the store today and someone asked if I needed help. Did not see the person but definitely heard him. He appeared and helped me get some dry ice for a trip I was making. He was the best customer agent I have met in a long time. He was everything I would want in an employee or as an employee that I would meet in a store. His name was Brian, and I hope that I see him the next time I go into Airgas in Chehalis. Thank you Brian.....

I picked up dry ice from this place this morning to pack my yeti cooler for a long trip to Texas. The man that helped me was very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to handle and use the dry ice properly.
