“These are good people, and a family-run business. They sent a fella out to repair our gas oven that wasn't preheating in our new apartment. I was really freaked out by the concept of having gas appliances. The gentleman they sent took time out of his day and explained to me how gas appliances work, what to look for if there's a problem, and how to properly clean them. He didn't have to do any of that, but he was just a good dude and did it anyway. Their store is in the old Thurman's building (kinda near Staples). I went down to look at appliances and their selection was awesome and good prices too. If you are looking for a reasonably priced smoker for the coming summer, this is the place. They have both new and used appliances for sale. I only wish I knew about this place last year when we got a new washing machine, it would have saved me a significant amount of money. Their store aesthetic is great, too. Perfect for the area and all the antique malls, they have vintage appliances both for sale and some for decoration. They were also having a sale when I went down there a few days ago. Support local businesses and go check this place out!”

“We had new floors installed in our entire house. It was a 2 month wait, but once things got moving the company they contracted with (MDT) exceeded our expectations! They arrived on the date stated, and would communicate with us each day what the daily goals were. The men stayed each day until they met their goal. The crew was extremely respectful, honest and knowledgeable in their field. The prep work and installation was done masterfully and to perfection. Our job was not an easy one, as it's an old house with all of the old house quirks. They had to remove a bunch of challenging tile and ensure the floor was level. It was HARD work, and they did it all with smiles on their faces. The energy they brought to the work site each day was truly positive. They even finished a day early! My guard was up due to our other recent contractor experiences that were sub-par at best, but they quickly broke down my barriers, and I was truly sad to see these nice young men go. I would recommend this team of people to others without hesitation.”
