The ladies I worked with at Arvid’s were so nice and so helpful! I was wanting to try and figure everything out on my own for all of the tile for 3 bathrooms and a laundry room in our new build, but after many trips to Home Depot, Lowe’s and Floor & Decor, my head was spinning. One stop into Arvid’s and they helped me make so many decisions so fast and offered really great advice! They were very laid back and didn’t make me feel pressured to use more of their services, or purchase any more of their products than I had come in for. I’m so grateful that I stopped in!

Kylene and crew were incredibly helpful guiding me through a total home remodel.
I had a vision but needed guidance for tile, grout, and LVP selections, plus basic lighting and overall aesthetics.
I appreciated their prompt answers to questions but the trust and friendship developed is incredible. And Steve (the tile guy), this goes for you too!

Our kitchen remodel is incredible! Start to finish, it only took a couple of weeks; the difference in our kitchen is night and day! Shelby and Ben listened to every idea we had and really customized our kitchen to our needs. We have so much useful storage now and, since our kitchen is so open, it feels like the entire front of the house has been remodeled. Our kitchen is gorgeous!!! We were so impressed by the follow through and quality of the job. Our experience with other contractors has been that we had to pester them to come back to fix things. The contractors who did our kitchen did things right the first time and asked us for feedback while onsite. We will absolutely use Arvid's for future projects - it was so nice to just sit back and have them do all the work and, literally, the heavy lifting! I also appreciated Shelby's design and color suggestions. I know I will probably never do another kitchen remodel and was almost unable to pick colors because I didn't want to regret the choices. Shelby helped talk me through each decision. Highly recommend Arvid's!

I am very happy with the quality of flooring for a kitchen and dining room that I chose from Arvid’s. But I am most impressed by the workers sent to install the flooring. They leveled the base very carefully with mud and were quite willing to explain what and why they were carrying out certain procedures. Several months have passed since the floor was installed, so I don’t have specifics here. But these craftsmen were very professional, careful, and quick. I really expect that this new floor from Arvid’s will last far longer than the laminate flooring that was installed previously, which was simply slapped down over two layers of linoleum and warped within a few years of installation. Arvid’s quality of flooring and installation is excellent.

Great customer service from Arvid's. Went into their showroom and the staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They had plenty of samples to choose from for our 2 flooring jobs, master bedroom Coretec tile and basement carpet tiles. The installer did a fantastic job and was easy to work with. We would use them in a heartbeat if we had more floors to replace!
