I just purchased another vehicle from Awesome Ford today. I LOVE the team that I get to work with. Kyle, Jeremy, and Brian are by far the best at Awesome Ford to work with. I recommend them every chance I get, they are helpful, knowledgeable, and they make things happen. When I told them what I was looking for, they found it, when my husband and I ordered new vehicles exactly how we wanted they helped us every step of the way. I don’t do online reviews often but I feel I need to for this. My wife and I got into a tight spot on our lease and Awsome Ford saved our bacon! There team was friendly, considerate and really came through on a very tough situation. I can’t speak for every deal they will make, but as a private investigator I can say they did take a decent hit to their profit margins just to make sure our mistake was covered. That’s serious customer service! Brian in finance is a wizard and takes absolutely no guff from anyone. He really cares about a good deal and his family, that’s important! Julian and Jeramy (forgive my name spelling) hard core worked as a the perfect duo to make sure the vehicle we wanted and needed for our life was available and ours. There knowledge and experience to make the process smooth was just beyond belief and the conversation that was friendly in the down time made the down time much smoother and easier. Thank you all of you, honestly you made us all more happy than ever and really made an impact on our lives. I wish I could more for you all.

We had a mobile technician come out to do a recall on a wiring issue and a rear camera issue. He broke the plastic tab off the wiring harness then took iff the spare tire bracket to get to the backup camera, put the plastic bracket in his vise and gouged up the arm that the tire slides over. So my wife took a day off work to go into the dealer to have them fix the mistakes by the mobile technicians and they never ordered the part to replace what was damaged. They had to take it off a new vehicle out on the lot. It was just a lot of headache for no reason, and could have been avoided. I will not go back to this dealer from here on out

I recently had a mobile service tech come out to my home and take care of a recall, I was also due for an oil change and they graciously fit it into this service call. They were very helpful with texting me, my preferred communication method with small children. Again thank you for the support and convenience.
