Kris in financing is amazing I've bought several cars from him. The young lady who owns this dealership has to be proud to have a great asset working for her. Including the whole sales team. If anyone can put you in the vehicle your after you should already be on the phone making an appointment. The experience once again was top notch. I worked with Kris in financing and I don't have a single disappointment. Talk about an asset to this company. They treat you as though your needs and wants superseed there's there goal is to make you feel great and want to come back. They will get you done here. I think everyone here deserves employee of the month. This place is second to none in every single aspect. You won't regret anything here unless Kris loses the new Apple pencil I gave him so the customers can sign easier than using our finger to do so. That's got to say something about my service if I got him a new Apple pencil as a thank you for there exceptional above standard service. I'd buy my groceries here if they sold them. 10 stars in my book. And this goes for all of the employees. I don't sell cars but the way they work together makes me want to work there just to work with such dedicated and hard working people. Thank you Kris and sales team v

I have been an RV owner for over 30 years, started with a tent trailer behind d a 1960 Hillman wagon, class Cs, gassers and several BigRig hi end Desiel motorcoaches. Every service encounter has been top notch, no damage to coach, no need to clean up which speaks highly to Awesome s commitment to quality. I have travels and experienced service in many states, Awesome goes above and beyond every time. If you looking to buy a new our used RV I highly reccomend Awesome. Same goes for new and used Ford trucks and Broncos.

We were shopping for a used rv. They had one a little out of our range. After negotiations with consigners, we reach a decent price. This is my 2nd rv. Previous dealer took 3 months to fix everything on a new model. Awsome RV went through and fixed EVERYTHING!!! ( not cosmetics). All mechanical and electrical and appliances serviced. Even new tires, In 2weeks.
Mark, the salesman, best ever. Relaxed easy going guided us through everything. Finance guy. Very nice. Special mention to Lance, who orchestrated repair requests and did our walk through. Casey in rv service is a great guy! Thank you awsome rv!

In summary: rude, dishonest, unaccountable, did I say dishonest. They treated me more like an enemy than a paying customer. Here are the details:
I made an appointment for oil / filter change and general inspection of my Class-C RV at Awesome RV in Chehalis, WA. On the phone I emphasized the tire inflation needs checking and suspension greased. The service advisor said the inspection includes tire inflation and they would grease suspension if there were grease fittings.
When I arrived at dealership, the same advisor changed his story a little and said they may not be able to inflate the rear “dually” tires if they don’t have the right tool. An RV sales and service dealership that doesn’t know how to inflate rear “dually” tires??
When vehicle service was finished I picked up the paperwork on the counter to review the bill and read the inspection report. The service advisor rudely pulled the paperwork out of my hands and informed me that it was internal paperwork and I wasn’t allowed to read it. I asked him very nicely if he would explain the inspection report and charges. He looked me as though I just insulted him and he was upset with me. He said he had never been asked to do that before. He wanted me to quickly swipe my credit card and pay the bill with a 3% sur charge for using Visa.
He held the paperwork so I couldn’t see it and said everything looks good. I asked if they inflated the rear dually tires and he nervously said the tire pressure monitoring system on the dash looks good. I asked but did they inflate the tires? No answer.
He didn’t say if they greased the chassis, didn’t say what oil they used or anything useful about the inspection. I asked for a copy of the inspection and he said they don’t do that. I insisted so he photocopied a pre-printed form which didn’t have my name or vehicle id on it. There was a handwritten inspection report that he didn’t copy for me. And he didn’t provide a copy of the visa receipt. He said it’s a paperless visa machine!
So he didn’t provide a receipt or inspection report. Why would a dealership do that? So they can’t be held accountable??
On the way out the door I said I’d be going to the Ford dealership next time, which is in the same building and owned by the same owner, but a different corporation. The advisor proudly said I’m forced to go the them as Ford Dealerships are not authorized to work on motorhomes. Only RV dealerships can work on RVs and I’d have to go all the way to Portland to find the next RV dealer. This was not a good experience.

I stepped back in time 20 years. The salesmen were very patronizing & condescending. My name was spelled 3 different ways. Their routine # was given to me wrong, then the account # is wrong-4 trips to the bank. After driving a few hundred miles, I shared my annoyance with them and the response from all was dismissive. No one took any responsibility. Had 1 question about the rv- waited a week-nope nothing but a lame excuse - to my face. The only good guy was Josh who takes care of rvs. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without the stupid bs I was getting from inside the dealership. Awesome is not how I would describe my experience

They claimed my starting battery was dead and would not hold acharge; but, in fact, the battery was fine. They claimed my shore power cord needed replacing; but, it was brand new and works fine. They claimed I had a propane leak and needed a new propane valve. My RV has a gas leak detection safeguard. I tested for a leak myself and did not find it. I was told an oil change was included in a service package I purchased and I was billed for it separately. They somehow damaged a cargo compartment door which they didn't address after bringing it to their attention. Since I could not trust the merchant any longer, I decided to cancel a part ordered. They told me the $980 prepaid part could not be canceled nor refunded. Despite the fact, they have not received it and actually, it had not been shipped to them yet.

Right off the highway, had to pull in and grab new sway bar pin. They were great and had what we needed in a pinch while traveling! Thank you!

Incredibly helpful team. I came in with breaking problems that took a while to diagnose and they fit me into their very busy schedule. They went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend
