It's a pretty good place to get parts, but unfortunately they're no longer open on weekends and they close their yard to customers fairly early so you really don't get a good chance to pull any parts or look over their inventory.

Staff are all very helpful great folks help ya out load your parts help swap in the parking if absolutely necessary can't load up.

Whats with the phone system they use, have alot of places but have an extremely long wait time. When I was finally answered, the agent ended the call on me. It was terrible service

Staff are not mean or rude and most of whom I've dealt with are friendly &/or agreeable. The company as whole is a different story! Can't really speak to attitude or culture, but from most of my experiences, I've been given the impression of inefficiency and cluelessness. For one thing, it's not easy to simply make a call to your local branch, (as the main number is a central 800 line in some other state). Also, they're now on a third attempt at procuring the correct part, (which in all 3 cases had to be shipped from out of state).
