Always wonderful customer service. I bought a cot for the holidays. Some reviews were not good. But the good outweighs the bad. Unfortunately, a bar bent and the material ripped after 4 days of use. I called and explained things to the manager. I couldn't find my receipt but was able to give an exact date and price. She gave me in store credit, and I replaced the cot. She was very kind and understanding.

Great service and very knowledgeable of what is offered on site. The prices are comparable to other places. But, you cannot bet great service. It's hard to come by lately.
