I've used the drive through ATM many times but never been inside. The line at the drive through can get very long and slow.

I've banked here for the last 23 years. Great service and knowledgeable and friendly staff, some who have worked there since it was a WaMU bank.

First time using this Chase Bank and had no complaints! Made three different transactions inside the bank and the teller was patient, friendly and professional. She and I even laughed about how Amazon gets a lot of our money. Outstanding service!!
