Great experience! Super nice and efficient service!
Everyone was super friendly, while waiting in line noticed that several employees were especially caring to elderly and prior military customers, taking extra patience and time with them which was really nice to see.
Kim specifically helped me and helped handle account issues without an appointment. Instead of waiting for an appointment Wednesday (2 days later) she was willing to multi task and helped me get all my issues handled even though it meant more work for her. She could have just handed me off to someone else another day, so this was super appreciated! Will absolutely use this branch again, also very clean. Great experience!

The teller behind the window needs to start practicing personal hygiene and using deodorant. It is horrible even on the other side of the glass as a customer you can smell it walking in.

These people refuse to do anything related to banking in the bank. Why hire a team of people to tell me they can't do anything in store and I need to do everything myself on my computer at home.

I've used the drive through ATM many times but never been inside. The line at the drive through can get very long and slow.

First time using this Chase Bank and had no complaints! Made three different transactions inside the bank and the teller was patient, friendly and professional. She and I even laughed about how Amazon gets a lot of our money. Outstanding service!!

My dad is bilingual. His first language being Spanish. So he has a pretty thick accent. At other banks people have spoken unnecessarily slow to him and have told him he needed an interpreter to be with him even though I was always with him and can speak English just fine. Never once has anyone in chase made my dad feel uncomfortable. And they have also always had an answer for him and have been able to help him in so many ways. He’s the kind of guy that monitors his account daily on their app and sees $2 missing, and will drive straight to the bank and ask what’s up. They even know him by name now! But continue to be patient with him and all his questions. Nothing but love at this chase
