Not sure how they’re in business as their communication is horrible.
Driver damaged my property early this year, no note or phone call from the office. After I requested to have the Manager contact me, I got his email address and reached out myself. During our phone call, he requested that I find a contractor to replace the light pole stating “he didn’t know any contractors”. After a week of no contact back from him, I had to send another email to see how he was going to rectify this.
After four phone calls to fill the tank at the end of this year, I called a different provider. Now it’s taken two phone calls so far to have their tank picked up! I get the run around and a different story each time.
Steer away if you prefer communication.

We Rent A 100 Gallon Tank From Them For Our Shop & Had Zero Issues. Every Time We Needed Our Tank Filled They've Been There In Under 3 Days. They Do Say Up To 5-7 Days But Again Zero ISSUES And GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been coming here for years for fuel! Great people and also have my propane tanks leased through them! Always come out in a timely manner to fill my 100 Gallon tank

I had absolutely no trouble with service while we had it. The issue is, we sold our house in MAY. The people who purchased the house never transferred the lease. It's now mid September and even after multiple calls and them telling my husband and I that the tank would be removed it STILL hasn't. That tank is almost 50% full and my lease was paid until October. There is absolutely ZERO excuse for this!!!

Ordered Monday and was told they need someone on site Tuesday because the tank was below 2%... waited all week, finally get a call FRIDAY @1040 THAT I MISSED called back at 11 and Pat is already out of the area and won't be back until TUESDAY.... THE ONLY reviews marked as helpful are 1 star... 2 weekends without fuel...Update: I'll give you another star for making it out a day early ( today, Monday) but YOU DIDN'T EVEN CALL, so what was Friday about....

Terrible customer service in an emergency situation. We switched providers. Takes too long to go through the setting up an account first, when they could take your credit card info and hold it until the account is finalized and get you some emergency propane during a bad cold snap. And now they aren't picking up their old tank that is sitting out by the driveway. For a local company, they don't appear to care about customers.

My service thru them has been a good experience over the last 15 years..and my Mother and an Uncle also were happy with their service for many years. Dealing with the local CHS in Chehalis is so much better than dealing with the office in Auburn. Hometown helpful and friendly they are.

Haley's offers fantastic customer service at CHS Chehalis. Customer service is nil at most places, but Haley (and Nick) are responsive, you hear "happy" in their welcoming tone and a pleasure to deal with. Keep up the great work! Thank you.....

Customer service is ok. Delivery drivers and service call staff are amazing. Billing online system is garbage difficult to pay bill and they charge way too much in fees for In house credit. When originally set up my account they said I could not pay up front and had to get a CC. I believe this was simply a lie. They set me up with credit and charged me over 150 dollars in fees just for yearly set up. Overpriced!

Just let the propane tank run out for the THIRD time, this time on New Year's Eve. Long cold weekend without heat or hot water. As usual, company didn't answer the phone, didn't respond to messages left. And no apologies when we finally reached them on Monday, Filed a complain with the Attorney General, and switching to Acme ASAP.
