“Dr. Alicia Spalding is a dear friend and colleague who has been a kind, grounding presence in my life since our days in naturopathic school. We've supported each other through the beautiful and often messy journey of becoming doctors, building practices, and navigating life with authenticity and heart. Alicia is not only a deeply compassionate and skilled naturopathic doctor—she’s also a powerful force in her community. Through her nonprofit, **Nature Nurture Farmacy**, she is building community health by weaving together herbal medicine, sustainable food cultivation, and empowering education. Their community health center offers naturopathic medicine, bodywork, nutrition education, sports physicals, an apothecary, and more. If you’re local, I highly encourage reaching out. Please call for hours or to schedule an appointment—this is the kind of place where real healing and community connection happen. I’m endlessly inspired by Alicia’s leadership and her unwavering commitment to care that is accessible, rooted, and heart-led. Kindly, Dr. Rosia Parrish Naturopathic Wellness Center of Boulder”

“I took my two girls here for a simple spay. They treated them for fleas and other parasites. One of my girls stopped breathing during the procedure but they got her back on track. She's perfectly fine. They are very caring. I would recommend them to anyone.”
