They got me in the day after I called when my cat had an abscess and I wasn’t even a client, I am now. The staff is very friendly and professional, the doctor was very good with my cat and took great care of my cat. Thank you all so much.

My 8 month old pup, Luci, fell very ill and was literally at deaths door. Because of the caring and knowledgeable staff, she lives today. Everyone that I had contact with treated me with respect and understanding. There are no words to express my appreciation for this hospital. I would recommend this place to everyone. AWESOME!!!

Very disappointed in the way these vets/techs here have treated my dog. After all day of no contact and several attempts to get answers they sent my dog back to the Shelter because I told them after I paid for everything I wouldn’t return. They punished my dog because I was upset. I was upset because they waited until last minute to change my dogs schedule and then contact me when I’m supposed to be at work. It was 4:40 pm and I called them around noon and they could have told me then that they needed to move her around. I could have made it work then. But they didn’t. I got very general information. No real time frames. This is incredibly bad for me because of my work schedule. I don’t work 9-5 like most. I work 4-1 am. I was visibly crying when I spoke to the front desk lady and she was incredibly pretentious towards me and my fiancé who’s been bringing his dog here for years. He used to sing about the Veterinarian and her practice. Punishing an innocent pup because of your issue with her owner.. it’s just wrong. I work with a vet tech that used to work here and they told me NEVER bring my animals here again. All this because I wanted to know why she was pushed back to the late evening when they said they’d start her spay “soon” hours prior.. Soon and almost 5 hours later are 2 separate timeframes. I just wanted some clarification/communication from them.. now my dog gets to sit in a cage again. This definitely tells me what they really think about “shelter dogs.”

The front staff are condescending and do not care about the animals they treat. Beware of no communication when changing appointments that you’ve already waited weeks for and wasting your time. The vet does not deserve this rating, but the current staff has made them lose a long time customer who has highly recommended them for a long time.

Every single person in this office cares about the animals and their owners. Not only did they take amazing care of my dog when he had an emergency, but they made sure to keep me informed throughout it all. My dog is a German Shepherd, which can normally cause vet offices to be weary and they instantly look at him to be aggressive. This office did not flinch at his breed and treated him with so much love.

Dr. Fay was kind and gentle with our Freya and she warmed to the doc immediately. No fear at all. Must be all the good “vibes” ? we have lived in this community since 1979 and used another veterinarian service during all that time BUT they have sold out to a large East Coast corporation and I felt so let down by that I started looking for another clinic and found NVVS. Now I’m happy they sold out, they can keep their high prices and impersonal service, I’ve found a new home in Newaukum Valley Vet Services. It’s even in their mission statement that they will remain locally owned and committed to serving our community. I didn’t realize how much that meant to me until I saw what difference it makes.

My dog(Willy) had a growth the size of a baseball on his shoulder. Dr Fay removed it and now instead of acting uninterested in anything he is 11 and playing like a puppy.He.never cried or acted like he was in pain but seeing the overnight change I can only imagine how much pain he was in. Thanks again Dr Faye for giving me backy puppy.

Dr. Fay took great care of our kitty. He was in bad pain, due to a bladder infection. She figured it out immediately and gave him the meds he needed to get better. He's feeling better now.We drive over 40 minutes to see Dr. Fay because she's so good. She really cares for the pets she sees and does her best to reduce pet parents' stress & fear.I highly recommend Newaukum Valley Vet. The staff is attentive, the facility clean and atmosphere welcoming. The fees are within reason and the exams are very thorough. They leave no stone unturned. Thank you to Newaukum Valley Vet for being there when we needed you most.
