“Am putting in a 50 amp service for an rv. Not an electrician, but haven't burned anything down yet... anyway I had contacted platt via online chat. Had questions that couldn't be answered because the rep wasn't an electrician either. Ok, so asked if I could get a piece of 6 3 wire cut to length instead of buying the 500' spool advertised. I was told no. Oh well. Just happened to be in the area of the chehalis store. Stopped in to see if maybe I just talked with a rep that really wasn't up to snuff.Wow! They were right there, answered all my questions, made suggestions and were more then happy to cut a piece to length.They made sure I had everything I needed and even helped with the loading, conduit, couplings...Will definitely go back and will recommend to allThanks for the help”
“Had to go in a few times and deal with some account payment issues when no one from the phone lines could help, and Chase was my guy! Not only was he polite and understanding, he made sure that our issue was resolved and I could leave knowing there was nothing more to stress about.
