They are always super helpful and friendly. They have a good variety of fun gift ideas and holiday decor. Their prices are generally as expected, but they have two hallways filled with sale and clearance items.

Very fun gift store very authentic, customer service was over the top friendly and I found what I was looking for very fast. Definitely recommend this Hallmark gift shop. If you're downtown Chehalis make sure to stop and check it out.

Nice store and all, but came looking for an “apology” card or an “I’m sorry” card…nothing even close. Was suggested a blank card. If I wanted that, I would use my printer at home… ? ?!! I’ll just print one from online back at home. (Worked perfect!)

I needed a very specific gift for my husband. I made a keepsake for him after the passing of his mother. I found exactly what I needed, and the woman working was so empathetic and sweet. I was crying some and felt embarrassed, and she was so kind to me. I will definitely go here again!

Great place to find that fun or cute gift for a friend or loved one. Also have cards and most of the Hallmark ornaments and gift items. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well worth the time to stop by and take a look.
