How is the phone busy all the time?

I’ve given this place more than a few chances. I decided to use the check in ap as they always ask me to do. Checked in while still at work which is within 2 minutes of the place. Got notification that I would be up next in 6 minutes. Checked the AP and it showed me first in line. Drove immediately over, and walked in. Let them know I had checked in online, and they put me at the end of the line. Waited about 8 minutes and waited to see if they would call me up next. Nope, they called the next person online. Not sure what the point of having the check in app is, if you still have to wait in line when you get there. I’ll go to a locally owned shop instead. The price means nothing vs the inconvenience.

Didn't get her name but our stylist was awesome. nephew said he would rate her a ten if we could. She was only one of two stylists working other 4 had called out. went in at end of day and she was so friendly even after having such a long day. I will definitely be back to have mine done.

Good place to go for a hair cut you might have to wait but you get a good hair cut and it makes your day they are good and the price is good thanks

I have been coming to Great Clips for years. The hairstylist was very pleasant but the last two times I have had to cut something when I got home. I am pretty much done with Great Clips. There were men getting haircuts when I was in. They were not very busy, which was a huge red light for me.
