This is the same Harbor Freight that anyone else has been to, I promise. The crew is pretty nice, the place is very well stocked. And I have to say, Icon tools have stepped up their game. For the home jober, it is hard to beat.

Customer service is rather hard to find now a days. I went in there looking for a specific item. It was unfortunately out of stock but the manager checked another store (along my route the next morning) they had it. She called their manager to verify and have it ready for me in the morning.
I forget her name but if corporate happens to see this, your manager is top notch. She could have easily told me too bad and sent me on my way, but she went the extra mile for a customer.

Typical harbor freight. Clean and well stocked. Employees are hit or miss on helpfulness. Lines aren't usually super bad. If I need a cheap tool or something that may work or may not😅, I give them a try, and return it if it doesn't work or is total crap.
