5 stars for everything they have but customer service has NO KNOWLEDGE of what they are selling and run away only to say that isn't their department. Employees avoid talking to you or turn around look the othway when approaching. Lumber department has the worst employee's as they just stand there looking at you while you are trying to load n not offering help. They always throw a fit when you push them for material that has to be brought down with a fork lift, its their freaking JOB. Management has no clue their employee's are hiding from preforming their duties.

Absolute waste of time. Stood in garden department couldn't find anyone so went up front to ask for help 10 min later they send someone who doesn't even work in that department and left me standing for an additional 5 min then they call the actual associate which never showed after waiting an additional 10 min. So I just left. They had 9 associates at the front just staring at me doing Absolutely nothing to offer help. I highly suggest going to ace hardware and or take the extra time to drive elsewhere and find more competent people who know how to do there job.

We recently purchased two appliances from our local store. Appliance Specialist, Stacy Walker was tremendously helpful in assisting us with our purchasing and return of the one that did not work out. We will not hesitate to return to this store for our next appliance purchase. Many thanks to Stacy!

The only Home Depot I've ever been into that doesn't rent tools/vehicles. That's saying a lot, as I've been a contractor for over 28 years throughout multiple cities and states.

Sabrina in blinds was amazing...we had to come back a second time for cutting because we forgot to include the end caps on our measurement. She was very kind and helpful!

Was looking for specific lumber but it was hidden out front. Several employees attempted to help me find it... My wife finally found it when she moved the car and parked next to it. I received a discount for my troubles.

We normally come to home depot but we had an interaction tonight that honestly makes me sick. I was wearing my son in a carrier on my chest and a worker looked at my baby and said "ah, the bullet proof vest that everyone wears lately". My son is 5 months old. The fact that anyone would make a joke about a baby being shot is VILE but to do it while working? It wasn't even a necessary conversation, we were just walking by on our way to check out. I would 1,000,000% rather him have ignored us than have him talk about my infant son taking a bullet for me. It irks me that anyone could think that's an appropriate thing to say. Needless to say, I will never be returning here.

Tom at the paint counter is amazing. Not only does he provide excellent service, he also has great customer service skills. He made our paint purchase more enjoyable. He should definitely get a raise.

I loved the years I spent working here. Started in my early 20's and turned into 18 years spanning 3 stores, but this was the first. Great management, associates, and customers. It was a formative time of my life and if anyone who still remembers me works there, howdy ?!

Good to see a nice stock pile of quality lumber at a comparatively fair price. Also the discount cart is something that I haven't seen yet... nice. Great idea.
