“Braiden of this location was very helpful when I bought a new phone. He can multitask very very well. There was supposed to be another person there but of course he was 45 minutes late. Braiden was professional to each person that came through the door and there were a lot in the time it took to get done with my purchase. Kudos to Braiden”

“MASON IS THE MAN. My sister & I wanted to get on a plan together & were the first ones in on a Saturday morning. This dude was handling multiple customers by himself & kept his cool the entire time & was able to help everyone with the customer service you don't see from the younger generation today (I'm 35 & saying this makes me feel old, but you probably know what I mean). This dude is the STANDARD for customer service. He asked me if I was happy with my home internet (which I'm not but thought I had the fastest available for my apartment building), & so not only was I able to switch to a new plan to save money, but now I'm going to have faster internet for less, and one less bill to pay once I shut my old provider off. I was surprised to hear him say he was a manager (not sure if there are multiple) for his age but his experience & knowledge put any doubts to rest. Hope the best for this guy & he has given me a great first impression of T-Mobile. THANKS MASON!!!”

Not only was he polite and understanding, he made sure that our issue was resolved and I could leave knowing there was nothing more to stress about.
