I live out of the area and purchased a truck in Chehalis subject to a prepurchase inspection. A few other shops that were busy recommended Jones Automotive. They were able to fit in the inspection the next day. Lucy at the front desk communicated very well. Jesse the tech called and gave details and recommendations. Their report with pictures really added value to the prepurchase inspection for current condition and future service needed. Overall a good experience. If so lived in the Chehalis area, I’d go back to see them for service and repair.

We spent close to $3,000 for Truck Repair and it was worse than when we took the vehicle in, we ended up having to take it to another shop and Jones would not reimburse any money even though knowing they made mistakes on repairs, will never recommend their shop to anyone!!

I would recommend to anyone considering having any repair work done at this establishment to get 3 estimates. I recently had my auto in for service and was charged $140.00 for in the cab air filter which was $34.95 from Ernies Rapid Lupe plus they recommended having other maintenance done for $700.00 and at Ernies Rapid Lupe the estimate was $200.00.Service: Oil change

Great Shop, Trustworthy and HONEST!!!!My appointment was not saved correctly by the mechanic I spoke to, so when I arrived I was not in the computer. Lucy was reassuring and said they could look at my truck and diagnose the problem by the end of the day. Well four hours later Lucy call and says that it is fixed and I can come pick it up. Ended up being a stupid little electrical relay that cost $31.00. I could have been raked over the coals so to speak but they were honest and did a great job. I now know where to take my vehicles for repair.

As soon as I walked through the door I was treated like family ? I watched the owners in action answering the phones and greeting customers coming in, with a smile and ready to help with whatever they needed. Very impressed, top notch shop!

We sent our 2005 Dodge 3500 to Jones Automotive and they did a fantastic job with the upper and lower ball joints, the drive line, steering box, etc. So we decided to send our 2009 Jeep Wrangler in because it had a Death Wobble when braking. The rotors were warped, caliper was frozen, drive line needed replaced and we also decided to have the rear end regeared as we had large tires on it. They did the work, test drove it and realized one of the gears was bad that they replaced and corrected it. After we brought it home, there was another issue, a safety issue, and when we called the business they corrected it immediately. They towed the Jeep back to the shop, repaired the safety issue, and delivered it back to our home with a full tank of gas.Issues can & will happen, it is what is done with them that matter and speaks volumes about a businesses character. In our book, Bob, Lucy & their team took really good care of us and we will have them work our vehicles in the future. Life long customershere!Services: General repairs & maintenance

There is no other shop I would take my cars too. I have a fleet of work trucks in his area and he has saved me more then a few times. The environment when you walk in it’s always warm and inviting. And everyone is always happy to see you. Knowledge and quality of work has always been top shelf. If you need help or want it done right call these guys
