The owners and their staff are so friendly! They were super busy today but acknowledged everyone that came thru the front door! I desired a very specialized order. The owner sat with me and worked magic on his laptop. Specifying a black background shaped turtle Lilly print for my outdoor pillows. I am so excited. Meanwhile, I was directed to check out their super comfy Corky's...which I proudly paraded home with. I love KK!!!

After the second visit of being ignored until I have merchandise in my hands and watching others being happily greeted when they walk in, I will take my business elsewhere. I love the store products but the staff’s friendliness and lack of customer service leave tons to be desired.
