Good like the hours easy to remember the gate code good privacy polite and helpful staff the only thing that is frustrating is how everything is digital signing with a pen would be nice and paying with cash is something I wish was available sometimes that's all I got so it costs extra to put money on a card but not much so I give a strong 4.5 thank you.

I recently relocated to gather loose ends before leaving WA State to go take care of my parents two states away. I rented a storage. The storage is NS Storage, 1533 Bishop Rd, Chelhalis, WA 98532.
Upon entering the storage was clean with rocky debre and Black widow spiders.
I had to bomb the unit with an insect killer.
Returning back to the unit there wasn’t a light. The light was taped over and painted the color of the building.
Fast forward, my parent’s health and care plan has changed and require me to leave this weekend. Emptied my storage. I called in and I was told by the operator I had the wrong storage. When I was looking at the email in my hand. I sent an email to the storage manager.
The property manager stated “ I had someone out there to push through.
The storeage had a lot black widows and egg sacks in the storage. To this isn’t clean.
Secondly, I had never received the packet I had signed.
Third of all, I changed my credit card and further declined any credit charges from this company.
Please don’t rent here. Find another storage.

They have raised the rent every couple months since I have been here. And I haven't been here that long. I started at$132 and I'm now at $200

Best pricing, quick and easy lease, had access to unit within minutes of completing lease (month to month). 10x15 unit pictured. Overall great experience and helpful customer service!

Northwest Self Storage on Bishop Road is a very professional company that was easy to contact and very informative and upfront with their policy. The price was incredibly reasonable compared to other facilities in the area. The only complaint I would have is that the 5 x 15 foot unit I rented is not truly that size. It's more like 4 1/2 x 14 feet. Other than that, this is a great company and very economical.

So far so good. Unit was clean, smelled good, no bugs. A porta potty is there in case you ate some bad Taco Bell up the road. Love that you need a code to access. Keeps the riff raff out. Price is reasonable for the access to unit.

I stored my stuff here our unit got broken into and they did absolutely nothing about it and I have insurance on my unit and they still refused to do anything. The gate is broken and there are constantly tweakers in and out of the units. Don’t recommend.

I made a mistake in reserving a storage unit too early. I called the company to ask for a credit or partial refund. With the site manager's help, I was given a full refund. Thank you for being a company that values excellent customer service.

This is a great company and I was very happy with my unit and their customer service and security. Tiffany is the best!! She goes out of her way to help you and she’s so sweet! If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, I’m definitely coming back here.
