I am so thankful for Pacific NW Pet Center! They have helped us narrow down food allergies, and have high quality food options (and treats) in stock that worked for our rescue dog with many allergies. When one of the dogs needed specialty food that they didn’t offer, they custom ordered it in! When one of my foster dogs came to me underweight and with skin issues, they provided guidance and options to help him get healthy again. Also check out their training company, Pest Paw Forward! They’ve helped me make amazing progress with my dogs, and foster dogs. Thank you Julie, Lisa and the rest of the team!

Great shop with knowledgeable staff who are passionate about pets! We did puppy classes here and loved it. Phenomenal doggy daycare here too. Well supervised and a well managed pack by confident, competent staff.Lisa is the bomb!!! She has worked with us 1 on 1 in our home. She really takes the time to listen, empathize and educate us. She is always honest, attentive and can read both humans and animals very well. No gimmicks, just results. She knows her stuff and is the sweetest ray of Irish sunshine!!!

I love Bug. She's my favorite employee at any store I've ever visited. The ladies that work here are always happy to help you find things (like Bug), and have a solid amount of information and resources to share no matter the situation. One of them mentioned they don't (or try not to) carry any foods that have been subject to any recalls, and I think that's really fantastic and shows how much they actually care about your pets.Goodbye PetCo/Petsmart/Amazon, Hello Bug! PNW pet center has almost everything I need.Lovebug

This pet store has a large selection of treats, chews, toys and more with prices that beat other pet shops by far. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you're in need of something specific. It's also the gateway to doggy daycare and doggy classes with the best trainer I've ever met.

Lisa is amazing! I needed help with training my very hyper aussie-mix pup, who nearly yanked my arm out of the socket when walking, especially if other dogs & people were around. One private lesson & I had a totally different & attentive dog, two lessons & I had the confidence & skills to maintain his good behavior. Thank you Lisa for saving us both from potentially years of frustration!

I'm so happy I stopped at Pacific NW Pet Center when I noticed their sign about dog training classes. Julie gave me all the details, including the surprisingly low prices compared to other places we researched. I could tell right away she has a great understanding of puppy behavior and training methods.

Hands down the best pet supply for dogs and cats I've been to. Skip all the traditional pet shops. It's worth an extra mile. They have better prices, can explain the products and get you just what you need. To say nothing of the toy area. I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Then to top it off Best paw forward was the reason I was there. My 2.5 years old pup needed some manners. In 1 hour my stubborn girl was walking beside me on a leash. Not dragging me wherever she wanted to go. I can't say enough good things about Lori. I was worried about Maggie's aggressive behavior to be in the group class. So she did this private lesson. She not concerned and showed me homework so we will do great in the over 1 year olds class coming up. If you can believe it, it gets even better. She actually charges prices anyone can afford. Hubby and I are not in the comfortable income bracket but it is doable for us. It's doable for everyone. They even have doggy daycare.Top notch folks. Thanks for everything Julie @Pacific Northwest Pet Care and Lori @ Best Paw Forward

Such a friendly environment with a great selection of natural foods, chews and treats! They are very helpful in assisting you in finding the best products for you and your pets. They also offer a variety of training classes and frequently host adoption events for a local rescue. Highly recommend! (Also, Bug, the shop cat, is the best little greeter)

TL;DR at the bottom. ❤️ Jack my service dog and I were needing some training brush ups. With COVID happening all around us, we pretty much never got out. He was great the few times that we did get out. It was almost like no time had passed and he would do his job flawlessly. However, being stuck at home so much he created a new job for himself…barking at everything. He did bark a bit in the past, but nothing like how it became during COVID. The tools we’ve been given to reduce the barking have been working great. I actually went on a road trip and Jack did amazing at the hotels we stayed at. Usually when we stayed at hotels he would always do a quick bark at voices in the hallways. Out of the three hotels we stayed at during this recent road trip, he only barked one time. To be fair to him, there were 2 or 3 high schools with sports kiddos staying at the hotel and they were very loud. So, I was majorly impressed by his restraint. Every day Jack gets better and I’m so thankful my parents stopped by this place on a whim. Thank you! tl;dr ❤️ Excellent service. Training was explained in a way that was easy to understand. Accommodations were made given my disability issues. If you want to see improvement with your creatures, use their training services and listen! ??❤️
