The manager, Ashley, is the best and her staff reflects her friendliness. and professioal attitude. I feel lucky to have this store in my neighborhood.”

Shannon let me use the store phone because my call kept dropping, she brought me a cart so I didn't have to carry my baby the whole time, she distracted him so I could handle my phone call with customer solutions, she even bought my baby a toy and gave me dog a treat. “I am so thankful for Pacific NW Pet Center! They have helped us narrow down food allergies, and have high quality food options (and treats) in stock that worked for our rescue dog with many allergies. When one of the dogs needed specialty food that they didn’t offer, they custom ordered it in! When one of my foster dogs came to me underweight and with skin issues, they provided guidance and options to help him get healthy again. Also check out their training company, Pest Paw Forward!
