I love Petsense. I buy a variety of foods, toys and treats for all my Siberians. The grooming staff is fabulous. This store supports the local rescue organizations. The manager, Ashley, is the best and her staff reflects her friendliness. and professioal attitude. I feel lucky to have this store in my neighborhood.

Have been going to Petsense for awhile/years now for food, supplies, and grooming. The staff here are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and been SSSSOOOO patient with my picky Husky who had never been professionally groomed before.
Was browsing and overheard their new dog trainer, Ashleigh. She is VERY professional, knowledgeable, and was SSSSOOOO good and gentle with my Mika; and most importantly my Husky LOVED her and was extremely comfortable with her. Have never had my Husky be this calm and responsive to a trainer before. So we scheduled for an evaluation, had a wonderful time, Ashleigh got back to me within no time at all to continue training and let me know about their private and group training classes/sessions. Will absolutely be going back even more now with their new trainer and training opportunities.

Ashleigh, the dog trainer has been overwhelmingly helpful in my journey to help my favorite furry friend and I. She is hands down the most, to the point, no nonsense dog trainer I have experienced. I never once had any doubt in her capabilities to train both my dog and myself.
She created a personalized training plan for me and my dog, was very thorough in making sure I understood it before we even tried to implement anything with my dog. As a matter of fact, my first session was solely me, no dog, so that she could feel me out and decide the best way for me to comprehend the information she was providing.
She has been super duper patient and lenient with me as far as scheduling which is a rarity these days! It seems like nobody has patience anymore. We are both busy and she completely understood that! As long as you give her ample time to fill her schedule in, she is more than happy to work with you about scheduling.
Ashleigh is EXTREMLEY knowledgeable in animal nutrition as well! She has a certificate in animal health and nutrition.
I have since completed my training course with Ashleigh and she has taken the time TWICE now to reach out to me and make sure things are still going well and even offered a “re-fresh” lesson if I felt we need it.
Overall my experience was with Ashleigh. Not PetSense as a whole. But my experience was one of the best of my life. I recommend Ashleigh to anyone with dog related issues or questions! She is the most helpful trainer in the WHOLE STATE in my opinion. 10/10 will be back for any future training needs!

Ashleigh the dog trainer was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient with my not so obedient dog and now my dog is very obedient. I was very pleased that i receieved a callback same day. Thank you Ashleigh for your hard work.

After searching awhile for a dog trainer, I finally found one. Ashleigh got back to me quickly and after an evaluation and a review of pricing we started training. She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable. My pup graduated and I am very happy to have an obedient well trained furry friend.

The only place you'll see me getting pet supplies for my furry pets. Love going there to pet the cats, and one employee (her name is escaping me right now but she knows who she is) always gives my son a little treat, and has recognized us since he was a newborn and always gushes over how quickly he is growing? She's absolutely the best and my now toddler adores her.
