The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. I'm 70 yrs old so thru out my life ive had several alignments done. When they got done I was told the lower ball joints were loose. Other alignment places have stopped at inspection and told me what needs to be fixed prior to alignment. She told me to have it fixed promptly and another alignment would be needed a little dissatisfied .
