If you are looking for a realtor that has only Your best interested in mind, Sarah Rice is the one you want by your side!As we were selling a home we had an extremely difficult buyer, which had a worthless representative, and the process took month to complete. During this time Sarah never gave up, stayed on top of everything, kept communication open and ongoing, she was honest and kept it real, she reached out to all involved in order to make sure we did not have to take on any moreburdens. Sarah even took it upon herself to fulfill requirements that came to us unexpectedly to make sure the sale got completed.There were times when Sarah and I both literally wanted to cry but, in the end, Sarah brought a smile to my face.Sarah Rice is a fantastic realtor, and it shows in her work but most of all she is an amazing person.So, before you decide on who you want to work with, I highly suggest you take the time to meet Sarah!

Sarah is incredible! We could not have been happier with her as our realtor. We searched for the right house for over a year and a half and Sarah showed us 50+ houses. When we did find the right house Sarah offered us extra support because this was our first time buying a house. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone buying a home. She is in it for the long haul, offers great advice when asked, and is a wonderful kind person!

Sarah Rice has sold two homes and found the home I’m in now. She actually sold my parents home during the pandemic with a great offer. I recently sold my home in Everett and sold me a home in Olympia where I currently reside. Her knowledge of the market, staging and photography is what did it for me. I highly recommend Sarah Rice to Sell your current home or purchase your dream home. She’s your agent.When I was selling my parents home she even showed up to help with estate sale on Saturday and Sunday. You don’t get to meet very many people like Sarah these days. Fabulous work ethics.

Sarah helped my son purchase his first home. Sarah went above and beyond to make the process for him top notch! Sarah was always available to show him several houses in his price range and desired locations. She answered all his questions that any first time home buyer would have, and all the questions I had as well! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I am a returning client with Sarah. She helped us sell our home in 2018. The way she listed and sold our home exceeded our expectations. She is professional and very knowledgeable and it shows in her work. The whole experience was smooth and she answered all our questions, no matter how small or insignificant I thought they were. She also helped us find our new home. Again she showed us that we made the absolute best choice in an Agent. Being available with our busy working schedules made this home buying process easier.
