My mother just passed away and please understand I have NEVER been through something like this before. I do not know who I need to contact about what or how I go about handling her affairs. But when I came into your office and was treated without kindness or compassion and told that because I wasn’t a beneficiary, as if I was there to get money or something and not to just close the very small line of credit she had, that they could not close the account. Again please understand I thought I was doing the responsible thing by coming to your business and letting you know that she had passed! Thank you very much for making me feel horrible and very dismissed!

Not very caring for their customers. You feel like you're talking to a computer. Only good thing about them is they are open tell 7pm on week days.
