“The manager at this facility was harassing an employee while he was assisting us with printing. We had been expecting the ability to print from this location, however that was not the case. The employee MATHEW was AMAZING!!! 5 stars to Mathew for suggesting we print our luggage tags as pictures and as we struggled to use the kiosk which was terribly slow, Tammy employee since 1995, and terrible manager came up and told him that he can’t just be standing around and that the labels that were ready to be attached to the shelf’s had to immediately be taken care of, corporate rules. I stepped in and let her know that he actually had not been standing around and that he had been giving us much needed help as we were in a stressful time crunch and out of town. The situation was unexpected and was very last minute for personal reasons and not just being unprepared. Mathew took this scolding from the manager with a mild manner and immediately starts to leave and the manager is leaving too. So I again told her that we needed the help and in my opinion she was a terrible manager. She should be retrained on how to speak to her employees, and HOW to step in and manage a stressful situation for the customer and not leave them hanging. I hope Mathew reads this and knows he should look for a better job. I wouldn’t work with someone who is deliberately trying to make you miserable. Good LUCK Mathew! Perk up that resume! You are an awesome employee!”

She Was able to multitask during my entire interaction with her by assisting multiple customers yet completed my job in under an hour With perfection! Highly recommend”
