I went back two days. I came in today and I was given them the worst service I’ve ever been given they left me with a phone that doesn’t work. I had my kids in there with me. I don’t drive and they treated me like I was homeless I have never been treated so poorly when I asked for them to be respectful, they told me no, you’re being disrespectful not me they took no accountability and they were all unhelpful. So now I’m stuck with a phone that has been working since I And I do believe they discriminated against me because I’m a black person

T-Mobile the carrier has been pretty good to me when I switched to it about 7months ago. Today was a terrible experience at this location. I was helping my grandmother-in-law in transferring her cellular service to T-Mobile. We went to this store location because of it being a corporate store (not an authorized retailer, since they usually tend to over-up-sale). This corporate store met an authorized retailer's match. This is NOT meant as a compliment. We wanted a specific phone, a specific plan and we wanted the to take advantage of the advertised promotion. We first spoke with a representative who only wanted to UP SALE. The store manager, Ashley, was pushy, and less than professional. We ultimately did not switch my grandmother-in-law. She stayed on her current carrier. I called T-Mobile and left scathing feedback. I hope that Ashley gets her act together. She ultimately failed at providing managerial customer service--and she did not complete a sale. She is a liability to this location; and certainly was not management material. She said that I was "hostile" and "being rude". I never raised my voice or called her names. I hope that T-Mobile takes my feedback seriously. T-Mobile customer care has listened to me and made an adequate "GoodWill" offering.. I'm disappointed that we had such a poor experience.

We have been a customer for years. We had to buy another phone but like to keep the program we are on. We talked to 2 agents and we could keep it. Both ask us if we need the protection and we said NO twice. When the bill came they added on the protection anyway. The person probably wanted his commission and put the protection on anyway. Made us upset and this is not right to treat a customer. ALWAYS CHECK THE ADD-ONS ON YOUR BILL!!! Never go to this place anymore.

Do not buy in to the T-Mobile internet service if you need a reliable stable connection. This service has got to be the absolute worst when it comes to needing a reliable internet connection. Literally every time I'm dependent on a stable internet connection it disconnects and goes out. No severe weather. No sudden changes because once you unplug it and plug it back it it's like nothing happened. The fact they advertise they even provide internet is like someone with a 2L water bottle saying they're going to provide water for a hospital.

Really mad took away auto pay. You can only do that with bank info. And not doing that. 55 and over use to be 55. But now if you pay in store they charge you extra. Just go tired of all the things changing. Now have Mint mobile.

Im excited to know can always get help there. They've helped me greatly on several occasions even though I do business with Metro by T Mobile near by in Centralia, I will never go to that store front again. I absolutely love theT Mobile in Chehalis, WA. The service from everyone there is very good. The manager there is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be making that my next Phone Store shortly...very impressive group of employees.Sincerely,Cathy

Last week we came into T-Mobile to switch from Verizon, the staff at T-Mobile were very welcoming and kind to us and our 2 year old. Nicholas helped us with the switch and helped us pick out new phones and set them up. After being with Verizon for 10+ years and never having a good customer experience, we felt very relieved to have been helped by the 3 members at T-Mobile, their customer service was awesome. Thank you Nicholas! 10/10! ⭐️

Had a wonderful experience! I went In to turn on my grandson’s phone and switch my phone over and ended up switching all my lines to T-Mobile. Ashley helped us with the process and it went very well! Her patience was outstanding with my many questions as I have several lines. I would definitely recommend the store!

I’ve purchased two products from this store and during both instances, Chase did not fail to disappointment with his customer service skills. A truly egoic individual. When my elderly mother called to ask him a question after she bought a phone from him, his first words were, “I told you I wouldn’t be able to do anything about it if you left the store and activated your phone yourself.” When all he had to say was, “Ma’am, you just need to install the update on your brand new iPhone, and it will connect for backup.” Which is exactly what we did. And it worked. But he had to make it clear, that it’s not his fault, WITHOUT providing any useful information to help her. Terrible customer service. Work on yourself bro.

Needed to add a line and Chase was able to take care of us and there was a free phone promotion and shifted to a better plan for less money. All the staff was very helpful and attentive.

Terrible experience. We went in to get my daughters phone replaced. Tyler and Braden told us about a deal for free phones and watches. They told us our bill would be the same as it was before. Now for two months in a row my bill has been over 150 more than it was originally. When I try to get help from the same guys in the store now they are saying oh yeah you get charged that at first and later you get a rebate. They never informed us of this before. My husband looked them in the face and asked directly if there were going to be hidden fees or weird charges. They said no and reiterated what our bill would be "188". Now, while my husband is deployed, I have to cover my phone bill that is over $350. I don't care if I am possibly getting paid back or not. If I am going to have major expenses that I have to pay and are going to make things tighter that month I expect to get told that so I can pre-plan. Also, it is not a customer's fault that they were sprint before T-mobile took over. If I hear one more time about how I'm a sprint customer so things are different for me and harder to workout I am going to lose my mind. If the companies merged and now I am obligated to deal with T-mobile they need to treat everyone the same it is ridiculous.
