I was there for an Amazon return. The scanning phones and tablet weren’t working. Heather was called over to help. Heather was very condescending not only to me, but to her coworker who was incredibly kind and doing her best to rectify the situation. The contrast between the women was stark. Maybe Heather could benefit from a training or some support on how to be kind. I imagine it would help workplace morale.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not helpful at all. The lady working at the UPS counter was so incredibly rude and talked to me like I was stupid when I was just asking a simple question. Very sad for Staples to have such a careless worker.

This is the store I previously bought all the supplies for my engineering and survey business. Not anymore. The unhelpful staff in the shipping area loves to do anything but help and was extremely rude so staples has lost my business. Say goodbye to the 3k in ink carts we used to purchase from you each month.

I went here as a UPS stop since it’s listed as one, brought the package in for return, walked up the the counter that specifically had a UPS logo, then was told it’s not a UPS drop off area? I get they want business but they can’t advertise themselves for something they don’t do. As the other reviews mention the employees aren’t friendly either, but it seems enough is said about by other people. Would just simply go to the Walmart nearby.
