I had a smell in my car that was plaguing me for weeks. I tried everything from baking soda, Febreze, white vinegar, Clorox wipes, etc. and nothing was getting this smell out. I called them on a Sunday expecting to leave a voicemail, but the owner answered, he listened to my concerns and told me he would call back when he was able to look at the scedule. I received a call back on Monday where he gave me all the options and I decided to drop my car off with them for a few days so they could work on it between their scheduled appointments. I dropped it off early Tuesday morning thinking it would be done thursday or friday. I received a call the next morning letting my know my car was ready for pick up. At pick up, staff warned me that it would smell like the product they used to nuetralized the odor, but would disapate in a few days. I am extremely grateful and happy for all they did for me and the service they provided from the first phone call to pick up. I will definitely bring my car into them again.

I recently got my car detailed and the Scrub Shop did an AMAZING job. Had my car for about 3 years and after they were done with it, it looked completely brand new. I was blown away. Every nook and cranny was clean. It also smelled amazing. I had forgotten to take everything out of my car the day before and they had done all of that for me and put all my things into plastic bags for me. Truly an amazing experience, I HIGHLY recommend!

The Scrub Shop did a great job on my 2014 Corolla - friendly and professional. They buffed out light scratches, waxed exterior to a like-new shine, and interior was spotless. Thank you for the great detail work!

Great service and they worked me in on a tight schedule. Over all very happy, only down side they used armor all type substance on my floor mats and made them very slippery that will use them again

Scrub Shop did a terrific job on our car. The car was a pitiful mess due to the aging bodies of the owners, and from letting it go far to long without care. Scrub Shop made it look new again. And the owner and staff were very kind and courteous. We have already told our neighbors about them.

DO NOT, I repeat... DO NOT take your rig to this place. The Scrub Shop was once voted Best In Lewis County but they are now officially rated THE WORST! We took a 1981 280ZX in for an engine cleanup, it was not cleaned, and the car left on a tow truck! As soon as I walked in their shop I knew this was a bad idea. Their shop was filthy. Even the kind neighbors at Ernie's next door said we shouldn't have taken our car there. The Scrub Shop did give us a refund as deserved. The one star was given because I can't post a review with zero stars.
Your reply proves you are a terrible liar. Seriously, just about every word you wrote was untrue.

Wow I'm sold on The Scrub Shop! They did a fantastic detail on our 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Scratch removal from a dog jumping on the drivers door. Logo decal glue removed and looks like new! Thanks again Mike and the crew!

Spent 270.00 on a detail and I don't understand where the cost comes from. It looked like I just took it and vacuumed it at a 1.00 coin machine. There was still dirt present and there was no WOW factor that I expected to see after spending that amount of money. I don't even have any carpet or upholstery so I expected to see everything all shined up and looking like new. Very disappointed and will never go back and definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

Great job, however the shop left a voicemail at 1617 to let me know my truck was ready but the store closed at 1700 (not 1730 as listed hours), luckily the owner came back at 1715 to render my vehicle, otherwise I would have been out of luck until Monday at 0900 when they re-opened.

Had these guys do my 2014 Ford Explorer. They did a fantastic job.⭐️ It looked better than when I bought it from the dealership. They took the time to get to know us and what we wanted completed. Exceeded our expectations!

They did an amazing job on my wife's 2014 Explorer. It looked better than when we picked it up from the dealer. There was a Carmel that was melted into the carpet in the back, and you would never know it. We also had them clean the engine compartment and it looked great. I am very impressed with their work, and with the customer service! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for detail work.

Ric at Scrub Shop done a good job, one problem though....my car audio volume & tuner does not work.
