Amazing service and hometown feel. The tellers are great and always a blast to see them. My Family and business have been with Timberland for over 20 years! Best Bank we have ever been with. Such a great bank and service for the community. The interpersonal relationship I have with my tellers are great and amazing, so much so, that my friends get jealous and want to bank here as well.

I appreciate the convenient location and friendliness of the person who helped me open my account at the Chehalis branch. I watched several interactions between the staff and branch members while opening my new account. It has the hometown feel and will be a good fit for me. I look forward to being a member of the Timberland family.

My Family came here to inquire about a personal loan, they were met at the door and was told to go to a credit union instead. Without even asking or gathering information from us we were turned away.They must have seen our 2001 bird p*** vehicle.

Disappointed with the lack of communication from the lending department. No timely follow up, no emails or information when told to expect it. If we did not call every few days, we would not know status of loan. Clearly they do not need our business.

Ramona P. works for the Chehalis Timberland Bank and unfortunately has a very poor attitude every time I come in for service. An incredibly unfriendly lady and I would suggest being assisted by someone else. However, the other employees are remarkably more friendly and pleasant with helping me! Ramona should be more like them or possibly be let go from Timberland. I have asked questions over the phone and in person with a her in the past multiple times and sadly I either am spoken to like I am an idiot or in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I have taken notice that there are many other reviews of poor service and would take a quick guess that they are all most likely about her. Friendly customer service should be a staple for every bank associate and that is something Romana P does not possess.

Go here if you want to be talked down to for asking questions about your bank withdrawing an charging you for it. Very rude and dont appreciate being told "Duh" when I asked a question an that's how I'm received? Very unpleasant experience, and I've banked here for years. Wont be going inside again.

I will say that my husband and I just use this bank as our spending account for groceries, gas, extra stuff etc. We wanted a local credit union to use since our main bank (Navy Federal) has very limited locations. That being said, this bank has novice technology that I found out the hard way doesn't update balances for you immediately when you sign it to the app but takes a solid 10 seconds to show your true balance. So if you didn't know that, and you quickly check your account here and there like I did, I would have impression I had funds in there and go abouts my business. Despite signing up for account balance alerts (email, in app and text) multiple times I have never once received an alert that my balance was low. For weeks I wasn't able to log in and view my balance because they updated their app which unbeknownst to their customers made you download a completely new app instead of just needing an update to your existing one. This new app would not accept my same log in info so I locked myself out, and they made me go into a location to fix it instead of being able to call their 1800 number. I think all these things contributed to a whole mess of overdraft fees we've accrued recently which I think is pretty shady business practice. Going to cancel this account and open one elsewhere where they have their sh*t together.

I absolutely Love Timberland Bank ... I Have been dealing with Timberland for about 20 years and will NEVER, NEVER, EVER deal with any other bank!!! These guys rock always call me by name as I walk in and treat me like a family member... I deal with Yelm branch, Chehalis, Tacoma and Ocean Shores branches and every single time get amazing service... You guys rock...

I've always been waited on in a timely manner and I have always been greeted by a smiling face. The drive up can be slow at times but so can everything else in life. No complaints, no worries.
