Except for Shannon, all employees are generally nice and helpful.
Shannon is extremely rude on multiple occasions, beyond belief. I've worked Customer service for 25yrs plus and would never be so disrespectful, pretentious. While I was speaking with Colton at customer service regarding her lack of respect, she was ignoring line of customers while watching what transpired at desk. As we walked out of store, she let me know I wasn't talking to a manager - which I told her was fine, Steve will get the message via Colton.
It was a completely unacceptable interaction, and I will shop elsewhere and refer my customers whom I deliver for about the experience.

Called in about a zero turn cub cadet st2 and the woman told me they had it on sale for $2499. Naturally thats a good deal so I drove there from walmart (5minuts) waited at customer service (10minuts) was greeted by a rude old woman who tells me they have no sales and tells me I didn't talk to any women there. She suggests that I called the wrong store so I went to my truck and dialed the number from my call log. The same old woman answers and tells me I didn't talk to any femal in her store. I don't know what kinda country jedi mind trick she thought she was pulling but it was enough to make me stop shopping at this store.

I was at the store for over a hour trying to solve a problem with customer solutions on the phone. Shannon let me use the store phone because my call kept dropping, she brought me a cart so I didn't have to carry my baby the whole time, she distracted him so I could handle my phone call with customer solutions, she even bought my baby a toy and gave me dog a treat. Shannon you are my superhero and your customer service was outstanding, me and my baby look forward to seeing you again

Came to this store to purchase SKU 4202654. Even with the assistance of 2 employees the product could not be located, despite having 14 in stock. Never had this problem with Amazon. You can properly address my concerns by finding the product your computer says is in stock.

Weirdest experience ever. I have been a long time customer. We see tractor supply on a weekly basis because we have a ton of livestock at our house plus a large garden. Today I went in there, chatting it up with Samantha (who was absolutely amazing btw) she showed us where their vegetables were & talked to us about our ducks. Went to pay & told them I'm using my dads credit card, they asked me for his social which I don't know off the top of my head and have never had to use it before. I told them I'd give him a call. Shannon started freaking out saying I was trying to steal (I was only buying dog food for my dads dogs) I told her I wasn't trying to steal dog food. Ended up paying is cash because Shannon was telling me I was lying and I was never allowed back. This was so weird and something I have never encounter before. We've bought all our feed from them and even livestock but we will never be back. Shannon was the worst type of human I have ever seen and she came at me and made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason. Just trying to buy dog food lol. The only reason they got two stars is because of Samantha. She really deserved all 5 but Shannon was so horrible to us that was ruined. I can't believe I was put in such an uncomfortable position trying to buys DOG FOOD. thank you to Samantha for trying to calm the situation you were so wonderful to us and I pray for you having to work with people so negative.
