This location was great for the installation of a trailer hitch on my car - very helpful! The hitch held up towing a 5x8 trailer for 1000 miles - so that's a plus :-)

The lady on the phone was very helpful and kind.. then when i went in the location the lady at the desk kind of treated me like I am incompetent... I do like the fact that they have a lot of security there and it's very clean but the employees need some customer service training.
