lady at the store kursed at me and is extremely disrespectful please pull up video footage at location for reference i would never ever do business with uhual again because of this lady highly do not recommend

Incredibly rude. Would never give this location my business. I called to ask about hand trucks and dollies. The woman who answered didn't understand me when I said hand trucks and dollies. She interrupted me. She said she couldn't hear me and to speak up. I asked if she could hear me and before I could even repeat why I was calling about she dismissed and pressured me by saying she had customers at her register as if I was not also a customer! Then she said I'll have to call back and hung up on me!! Of course she did not answer when I called back and let it ring. There was no voicemail. I would NEVER patron this location.
