Got a new phone for my son. Was promised a price for the new plan. The price was over $100 more per month. They promised to 'get it straightened out,' but didn't. I called on the phone to talk with someone and they got mad and were yelling at me...and it was the manager. Two months later, still not figured out. I'm an unhappy customer. Terrible customer service. Bad prices. Dishonest programs.

Love the fact we get new service threw this company only to receive spam call after spam call to the point we can't answer our business phones what a joke of a company they obviously sold our new numbers to spammers to profit off of us. Thease are business numbers for our business and all we get are spam calls us cellular is a joke a scam and the worst company to get service from we will be changing our provider! Your company is a joke

My wife went in last week to inquire about home internet. When are the representatives said that we had to have us cellular Mobile phones to qualify for the internet. I just got off the phone with corporate and this representative flat out lied to my wife's face. I believe he is just trying to take advantage of a female and he needs to be put in his place we used US Cellular for 10 years and simply changed mobile phone cares because they were much cheaper and more gigabytes I still want to use your services as in home

Be warned! Read your contracts thoroughly before you sign anything. The manager and one associate will attach services/fees to your account. We were sold a "free" tablet that was never free.We trusted them. Us Cellular corporate is aware of this problem.

Beware of the Chehalis store. To say they are unethical is kind. The manager is aware of the associate Michael Monroe deceiving people by selling addons and "free" items. Read the contract carefully before you sign anything. I have made corporate US Cellular aware of this practice. We trusted them, my mistake.
