My wife went in last week to inquire about home internet. When are the representatives said that we had to have us cellular Mobile phones to qualify for the internet. I just got off the phone with corporate and this representative flat out lied to my wife's face. I believe he is just trying to take advantage of a female and he needs to be put in his place we used US Cellular for 10 years and simply changed mobile phone cares because they were much cheaper and more gigabytes I still want to use your services as in home

Be warned! Read your contracts thoroughly before you sign anything. The manager and one associate will attach services/fees to your account. We were sold a "free" tablet that was never free.We trusted them. Us Cellular corporate is aware of this problem.

Beware of the Chehalis store. To say they are unethical is kind. The manager is aware of the associate Michael Monroe deceiving people by selling addons and "free" items. Read the contract carefully before you sign anything. I have made corporate US Cellular aware of this practice. We trusted them, my mistake.

Horrible experience! Decided to get first iPhone. Realized I was over my head as far as learning curve. Tried it for a short time and turned around in Randle to return it. Manager Emma Krenz tried to shame me into trying to keep it. Had to purchase a new Samsung even though I was away from store an hour and 15 minutes and couldn't get my old phone back. Okay, fine. Get my new phone back home and all my pictures and video of my beloved deceased dog Tank are gone!! I think she was upset with me enough to not recover them! Going there tomorrow and see what's going on!!

Braiden of this location was very helpful when I bought a new phone. He can multitask very very well. There was supposed to be another person there but of course he was 45 minutes late. Braiden was professional to each person that came through the door and there were a lot in the time it took to get done with my purchase. Kudos to Braiden

I had a horrible experience with the store manager today as she was being rude and condescending. Very unprofessional with her customer service. I went into the store asking what happened to the phone I ordered. They were supposed to call me when it arrived in the store. I ended up calling customer care and they said the store returned it to sender. Now I'm without the phone that I already signed for and paid the sales tax on.

I was in the store today. It was very busy and Emma was working alone. She juggled several customers at once, all seemed to feel attended to. She also answered phones and greeted every person who came in. At one point, there were around 10 people in the store at the same time. Emma was so calm, although clearly very busy and her efficient energy translated to everyone. No one seemed upset at the delay. We all felt that in our turn, we would get all of her attention. She was amazing!

Chehalis US Cellular (Emma) made promises just to sell a phone. Wrong discounts and wrong plans. admitted wrong doing, but was unable to rectify. Do not do bus. with this store!

Came here to return a Netgear router for a disabled friend. I'm still standing in line after 30 minutes, only one person working for 6 people waiting in here. Very poor customer service!! 2 people actually left, l live 45+ mins away, not convieniant at all with this type of service! No restroom. He tried to multitask each time someone new came in on a Monday at 10am, but this is horrible for customers! 2 people in front of me were still not finished when l let..Finally taken care of after STANDING for 40+ mins! Said he would be working alone all day as well. Not his fault but Shame on you US Cellular!
