“Owl and Olive is our new favorite place. Everything from the tranquil country setting to the beautifully remodeled barn to the gracious owners makes this a perfect destination. It is located just off the Willapa Hills Trail. They offer inside and outside seating. And then there is the food! We had the thin crust pizza with gorgonzolla cheese, and a lovely Greek salad accompanied by a very nice pinot. Next time it will be the charcuterie board, which looks pretty fabulous. We are so lucky to have this spot close by and it is worth the drive from wherever you are in SW Washington.”

“I had my wedding here in May and it was amazing! This space is the perfect size for a Medium size wedding anywhere from 80 - 150 people! That is if you are doing both your Ceremony and Reception in the building. If you are only using it for the reception I believe it could hold significantly more. We had 86 Guests in attendance plus vendors and we filled the space wonderfully and it didn't feel over crowded. There was enough space to have the entire ceremony space set up along with all the tables we needed which was a total of 14 for guests. We also had a photo booth station, flower bar, and caricature artist in the building as well. Catering fit well next to kitchen and the movable bar was a big plus in allowing us to be able to put it wherever we needed. This is the perfect venue to give you that timeless elegant feel without breaking the bank. Jason was helpful and beyond accommodating the whole time. We paid for the vintage package, which gave us three days Friday- Sunday, as well as access to the grand room, club house, bridal suit, and the roof top patio (which was big hit)! I would 100% recommend this venue to any couple. I wanted to upload a ton of photos of the set up to give people an idea of what it could look like! If your on the fence about renting this venue, just do it, you wont regret it! Also there are so many great places to take photos around the area. We used the beautiful outside of the coffee shop downstairs with its while walls and black doors it was the perfect back drop!”

“The Taste of Morocco special fine dining event was spectacular! Everything was plated beautifully, cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The service was wonderful - attentive and well timed. We truly enjoyed this experience and will definitely look forward to the next one!

On another note, my husband and I tried the restaurant back in December and were very disappointed in the food. I was a little nervous to try this special event but was very intrigued by the menu and thought watching Casablanca at the same time would be fun. It was also our anniversary so we really hoped it would be good. We were both so pleased with each dish. The scallop appetizer and the lemon cream pasta were my favorite! Then the dessert absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thank you for helping make a wonderful memory for us! I'm thrilled to have a true fine dining experience in Chehalis!”
