This place is awful. First incident is my dad needed rails for his bed. He had just moved to Lewis county and had neither received any mail yet or had ID with the new address, (he's bedridden)and my address is Thurston county. They would not loan out the bed railings even after I explained. Then my son needed to do community service, I spoke to Chrissy... she was very nice and said come in and they could get him a time card and show him what he would be doing. She said she'd let the other employees know. I bring my son in and unfortunately Chrissy wasn't there and I had to speak to a different employee. (Kisera to be exact) The woman was down right rude and after I explained that I'd already spoke to Chrissy she said well I have the right to say who we want in our stores. (Acting like he was some kind of violent criminal) I have never in my life been treated in such an ugly fashion. Awful woman......they are not some kind non profit helping the community....but the exact opposite

Use to be able to afford to shop here. Went in this weekend and mens boots were $45 and overalls were $30! Wife found a quilt she was going to get and was shocked that it was also $30. We thought it may have been a mistake but we were told it wasnt.(we put everything back) We wont be returning. This isnt inflatation...these prices were way more expensive than goodwill and other thrift stores in the area.

One of the better thrift stores around. Not 5 stars because lately they've taken the $7 minimum stance on clothing items that has taken over in most thrift stores. I find it difficult to understand these increasing thrift prices on FREE inventory. You would think the FREE inventory places wouldn't be as subject to inflation as everywhere else, but they're all doing it now, including VN, sadly. What will get you around this is the 50% off day on the 15th each month. It's crowded though.

Another great place to thrift in the centralia and chehalis area! This is my favorite location of the two there are around here. It's cleaner, and just more nicely kept than the downtown location. There are always carts available. The prices seem about the same between both locations, with some stuff being a bit of an eye roll. But I just set them down and wait to see if they're still around when the next color tag sale starts. And often I can get them for half price :) so it all works out in the end. The staff is overall generally nice, even if not as personable as the other location. The clothing could really use a new and lower pricing structure though. I only scan them and usually find myself remembering why I don't take more time looking through the clothes here.

I have been to the store many times and always had a good experience. Tonight was different. As soon as we walked in the door we were barked at that they would be closing in a 1/2 an hour. Not a greetin, just treated like we were an inconvenience. There was no greeting or ask if we needed help the whole time we were in the store just a closing countdown. And irritated that we were there. Literally 5 minutes before they were closing as I was walking up to purchase a sweater and she said..." bringing your stuff to the register " come on hurry up" come on and whistled at me... I put my sweater on the rack and left. The whole group I was with was in disbelief how disrespectful and unprofessional the staff were

Nice store with well organized merchandise. Super bummed that there is no fitting room and you cannot try things on. I love to thrift jeans and there is way too much variability between jeans to just buy based on size and not have a chance to try them on. Too bad ?

Started coming here about 6 months ago and I love it! Clothes are too spendy for me, but home goods are usually fairly priced and I've gotten great deals in their fabric and craft section. If your looking for small pieces of fabric for quilting or the like, you have to check it out!

We bought 2 machines that said "WORKS!! TESTED", neither machine worked nor did the other 3 I tested. False advertising at it finest.. Was told they turned them on. No refund
