Stopped in this morning at 8 am and waited in the drive through for 10 mins as the drive up window was still not open. Went into the store to find out what was going on and evidently the pharmacist doesn’t show up on time and they can’t open until he or she gets there. No one from the pharmacy would even answer a knock at the door. Very unprofessional and I remembered why I won’t use them in the future.

The pharmacy people are very friendly and they have good advise. One time my insurance stop paying for my vitamin D they told me to wait while they found an otc D vitamin as the same strength as my doctor prescribed. And, they did this while I was at the drive thur window.
Came back in just a few minutes with a vitamin D that was on sale, So I got two bottles for 10.00 dollars with enough to last a whole year.

Cashier just lied about being out of the propane tanks so she didn't have to go outside and unlock it. 5 Are clearly visible with the seals in place.

Cashier at the pharmacy counter was very rude and loud and aggressive , when I was trying to get a new prescription filled, that they refused to do.. I will never go back, thankfully Walmart was able to fill my medicine with great customer service

As nice as the people in the pharmacy are, it should NOT take 40 minutes on hold with one call ahead of you to speak with someone at the pharmacy. It is unacceptable to make people wait this long just to talk to them about your medication.

Extremely rude lady there today. She always has an issue with insurance and overall bad attitude. They need to stick her in the back away from people.

Many drugs are frequently out of stock, prices are too high and service is sometimes on the slow side. Although operating hours are still better than the small local store, they used to be a lot better.

1) Had to get my passport photos done and was completely blown off by a rude employee at the photo desk. Repetitive rude interactions with her every-time I visited this Walgreens. Always felt like I was inconveniencing her every time I stopped in.
2) dropped off a film camera to them to develop(same lady i had rude inert-actions with.) when I finally got them (after they where over 11 days late). I didn’t even get all my photos back. I showed up atleast once a day all 11 days to see if my photos where done and it was very apparent by this lady’s attitude I was bothering and annoying her even though I stayed kind through all our interactions.
3) tried to pay for other photo order (same lady). Charged my car 3 times. Seemed very sketchy since it was saying “approved” on the card reader but she kept claiming it would not go through…
After all these experiences if I could give a zero stars I would. Incredibly rude.

Needed a covid test to get a quicker appt with a new doctor. Called Walgreens. Not possible to make appointment by phone. Went online. Made appt. Received confirmation and received reminder. Went for appt. No one could do the test. WTF???

Ana in photos was incredibly helpful and extremely kind. We stopped in the reprint a couple of photos and she took time to help us as well as juggling a couple of customers. We truly appreciate professional people and Ana is a huge benefit for Walgreens!! Hire more like her please.
