Needed a covid test to get a quicker appt with a new doctor. Called Walgreens. Not possible to make appointment by phone. Went online. Made appt. Received confirmation and received reminder. Went for appt. No one could do the test. WTF???

Ana in photos was incredibly helpful and extremely kind. We stopped in the reprint a couple of photos and she took time to help us as well as juggling a couple of customers. We truly appreciate professional people and Ana is a huge benefit for Walgreens!! Hire more like her please.

I made an appointment for my daughter to get her flu shot online and since it didn't ask for insurance info online, I called to verify that they took her insurance (Molina through Apple Health.) The lady that answered told me that she couldn't tell me if they took her insurance, that I would have to call Molina and ask them if it was accepted at Walgreens. I thought that was weird, but then she told me even if they end up not taking her insurance that flu shots were free anyways. Again, thought it was weird but thanked her and decided not to call my daughters insurance since the lady said it would be free regardless. I then drove 30 minutes to the appointment and was told they don't take her insurance. I told them what I had been told when I called and he said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I said "fine, I'll just pay out of pocket", and then was told that since they had knowledge of the fact that she had insurance they didn't accept, that they couldn't let me pay out of pocket either because they aren't allowed to do any business with patients who have state medical. I left and went to Rite Aid where they got her in right away with no issues. I believe they need to better train their employees to not give out incorrect information, if they had, this entire situation would have been avoided and I wouldn't have wasted my time going in there.

This place is alright its always very quiet n never busy, I just go here for the atm mostly. But my main reason for 2 stars is that this place is sooo dirty and nasty, it's like they never clean or vacuum the store, and don't even get me started on the birds outside. There's always bird p*** all over the windows and walls outside especially where they nest in the rafters. Like really?? Walgreens is that cheap that they never clean inside or have people wash the windows and walls outside?? Or get somebody to take out the nests and block off where they try to get in to avoid this problem. Place is disgusting. Look around next time you stop by you'll see what I'm talking about. It's unbelievable.

Picked up some photos from here and they were curved like a Pringle. Upset because these are my wedding photos. Won't use that service again. Friendly workers but this wasn't what I wanted.

I’ll give two stars because everyone else I have ever dealt with here is fine and very nice. However there’s one guy, from reading other reviews I think it’s safe to say it’s Zack or however it’s spelt (don’t really care to spell it right anyways). Idk he’s the guy with the longer hair. He is always rude and condescending whenever I come to pick up my medication. Every time I go I hope and pray he isn’t there. Seems very common that he makes customers feel bad about their medications. Was going to leave a review on my Walgreens receipt but ran out of time. But from now on I will remember to take it every single time I deal with him. :) I work in customer service at a large scale as a manager seeing thousands of customers every day and he embodies the exact opposite of what good customer service is all about. He clearly just hates other humans. Hopefully he’s the first to be let go when staffing allows lmfao.

Unfortunately I have to select a star. So right now I only want to use for letter words. The pharmacy at this location is so incompetent. Prescription was called in at 7:30am from surgical doctor, at 1:00 pm still not ready. So pissed!!!!!!!!

Wrote a super long "review" on why this specific Walgreens is terrible, but after taking a look on other reviews I realized it's totally unnecessary.Everyone is complaining about the exact same thing, it's even a bit comical because it seems like review bombing.But sadly that isn't the case, please take every 1 star review at face value, if you care about your mental health, and would like not to be profiled for sketchy reasons, skip this place.Go literally anywhere else and I guarantee you will have a better experience in the long run.

Tread very carefully with this pharmacy. Especially if you take critical medication. Unresponsive, long wait times, unorganized, rude, confusion, and if you ask about it it's not their problem. We've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy from day 1.

Today I waited in the drive through 30 minutes just to be told they STILL don't have my prescription ready from two days ago due to staff shortages. This has happened several times now. I will definitely go somewhere else.

They used to be okay but this particular Walgreens has been so difficult I actually permanently go to another pharmacy now. I've used Walgreens for over 8 years now and this is the ONLY Walgreens I've had my medications "lost" at. In total over a year of using them I was told my medications were "lost" six times. Six whole times! I take a beta blocker regularly and I need it everyday to be in a safe heart rate zone and I'm sure you can imagine how scary and frustrating it would be to be told your medication was "lost" after you've ran out at home. This Walgreens seriously needs to get it together or maybe be retrained. There is absolutely no excuse as to how you "loose" someone's medicine that many times.

Pharmacy is slow when open (chatting with every customer while old people wait in line without chairs), and hours listed on Walgreens app (8am) are wrong. Temporary hours for pharmacy (listed on a sheet of paper inside the store) are 9am open. The store clerk said "haven't opened at 8 in a year" which seems weird given that hours listed everywhere else say 8am open.

The pharmacy here used to be pretty good. We left Rite Aid in Chehalis, because they refuse to answer their phones and would always get the prescriptions wrong. We haven’t had an issue with Walgreens, not filling prescriptions correctly, however, they have to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have started to not answer their phones now, so in order to make a change on any of your prescriptions that you can’t do online you have to go in. Now, when you go in to fill a prescription, the soonest they will fill it is 24 hours. This store definitely needs a management change. Looks like we’re switching again. Centralia pharmacy on market will hopefully be better.
