Owl and Olive is our new favorite place. Everything from the tranquil country setting to the beautifully remodeled barn to the gracious owners makes this a perfect destination. It is located just off the Willapa Hills Trail. They offer inside and outside seating. And then there is the food! We had the thin crust pizza with gorgonzolla cheese, and a lovely Greek salad accompanied by a very nice pinot. Next time it will be the charcuterie board, which looks pretty fabulous. We are so lucky to have this spot close by and it is worth the drive from wherever you are in SW Washington.

If you want a beautiful place to have your wedding then this is for you , Ami and Stephen are great people and have worked very hard to make your wedding as nice as it could possibly be.The barn is absolutely beautiful has more than enough room for a reception or the ceremony the brides dressing room is also very beautifully with lots of room for the bride and bridal party ,the upper and lower fields make for a great outdoor party, there is plenty of room for parking and they went out of the way to make our families special day a day they will remember forever Willipa Hills Farm is a magazine picture perfect place and if they had 10 stars i would have given them 10 stars thanks for a BEAUTIFUL day and everything you do.John &Sue Avery

We had our wedding here last weekend and loved every minute. We enjoyed working with the hosts who were very attentive and available. My grandparents needed to go upstairs through the lift and Amy was there to operate and help them through the duration of the ceremony. The bridal suite is huge, and held my large party so we could all get ready together. The venue was well cared for and a beautiful setting for a fall wedding. I reccomend bringing lighting for the outdoor areas at night time as it does get a little dark.

So beautiful and peaceful out here. We came for a wedding it was gorgeous! Friendly owners and even a fun place just to stop by. I highly suggest this place for a wedding or even a big group get together. The view is amazing and the air is fresh. A place to come to relax and feed the soul.

This venue is absolutely beautiful, especially if you're looking for a combination of rustic and outdoorsy for your wedding. The owners were great to work with and so kind and helpful, even the day before when we came to do some early setup. We only booked to be there for two hours but it took another 2 hours longer than we anticipated and they were completely fine with it and even participated in some of the setup. The barn is stunning and has plenty of space for a good sized wedding (we had between 110-120 people), and the ceremony spot by the river was gorgeous. There was some construction the week before so there was a big dirt pile in the front by the entrance, and even though I was slightly bummed about that it didn't take away from the beauty of the venue. They were kind enough to let us come back the next day to do the rest of the cleanup since there was too much to do the night of the wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue, especially with some of their upcoming renovations that are currently in process. Great experience!!

This area west of Chehalis on highway 6 is a bit remote, but if you're making your way over to the water make sure to stop here for some fresh cheese! And if you're camping nearby (like we were) buy some farm fresh eggs to cook for breakfast. Steve, the owner, and his family are super friendly. They also have a huge barn converted to a wedding and event space where they do live folk and roots music every month. Haven't gotten to a concert yet, but hope to soon.

We went exploring the Willapa Valley today; we wanted to find this farm/creamery because we found an article about them in Southwest Washington magazine. The most obvious sign is the blue 'Tourist attraction' sign, and we drove up the drive looking forward to cheese tasting. We were unable to taste today, but for A VERY GOOD REASON. The farm is undergoing some work, and the super-nice owners came out and showed us around and talked for quite a while about their plans to make the farm and venue even more available to people, so be patient. They have live music monthly, the barn upstairs is a lovely room for your event, and they have plans to expand their food offerings when construction is finished. Even though they weren't technically open, they did sell us some cheeses - which are fabulous - and we will definitely be going back. Often! This would be a great outing for visitors to the area, too.

Vicki really, really took care of us and I’m sad to no longer be doing business with her! She is such a genuine, awesome, and kind lady! You will be in great hands by pursuing your wedding or event at Willapa Hills Farm. All of our wedding guests told us the venue was beautiful. It truly is a one of a kind place and beautiful! The process also was very smooth and straight to the point for planning our wedding here, and having an activity log online to have conversations with the owner, Stephen, and Vicki. I also appreciated how we were able to book online our venue tour, and then schedule follow up visits to show our family the venue in order to help coordinate and plan for the day. Thank you, Weddings at Willapa Hills Farm!

Willapa Hills Farm was a beautiful venue and I loved the secludedness of it. I have always dreamed of having my wedding at a barn and I was thrilled when I found this venue because it’s a genuine farm with a beautiful barn loft! Vicki is amazing to work with and was very helpful with the entire process. There were a few hiccups but in the end everything worked out and they ensured we were taken care of! The guests enjoyed the area, they were impressed with the beautiful scenery and great atmosphere. I’m very happy that we were able to spend our special day here!
