We will NEVER rent from these guys again! I was 10 min late to return an excavator and they charged me for another full day! Over $400! They will verbally tell you they close at 3PM but your paperwork and their website show they are open until 5PM. Total jerks about it too.Also, the trailer they rented me (you must pay for that too if you rent heavy equipment) had totally bald tires too! They won’t even negotiate, real jerks! Wade is the owner. Go to Wenatchee or ANYWHERE ELSE for your rentals and don’t buy any of their overpriced tools. They want to go out of business, please help them by not going there.

I rented a trailer and discovered after leaving the lot that the registration was expired only after a police officer pulled me over. Thankfully I ended up getting out of the ticket because I explained the trailer was rented but when I returned it the staff did not seem very concerned or apologetic for what happened. A discount off my daily rental would have been nice for the trouble. I think the people working there are friendly and helpful, however if equipment breaks down or you have issues, the contract basically says you are responsible for repairing the equipment. I really wanna support this business but between my personal experience in those of peoples round me, I hope things change soon for the better!

Needed to rent a small tractor to move some snow. They loaded on the trailer for me and had it ready to go. They were friendly and professional. And the price was fair. Not much else you can say. A good place to rent something

My first experience here was not good. Rented a tool that was not checked out by the staff. Got it back to the job site and it did not work! Very frustrating. To top it off, we had to have it for the next day so I had to rent the tool from Omak! We live up the Methow. All Seasons were closed by noon with no numbers to call for emergencies! Not the best business to be closed by noon with no way to report a tool problem. The next day my husband returned the tool and the guy in the tool department was rude and acted like he broke it! We never even used it!Terrible customer service! It will be the last place we go to rent a tool. I would rather drive farther to be treated nicely! Other people have had the same experience we did!
