“I moved from the west side 4 years ago and decided to continue banking with Chase. In every transaction I have initiated, whether legal matters, money transfers, estate issues, sorting through errors on my part, or simply banking, deposits and withdrawals, I have found the service provided and the accuracy of their actions wonderful. I am a senior citizen and sometimes make mistakes and/or am disorganized but I have always found the tellers and managers to be patient and respectful. I realize that some unique services require that the customer set an appointment but that makes sense when you live in a small community and hiring competent people can be difficult. I choose to be understanding and flexible with that. Wherever I live,because of my experience in Chelan, I would choose to stay with Chase bank.”
