I called to reserve a room same day as I was not expecting to stay and was serviced by Jose. I specifically told him I knew it was short notice but hoped he had availability. He told me “we actually do for tonight” “we have several rooms”. I provided him with all the information and just FYI any child above 5 is considered an adult. I showed up and he had set the reservation for some random dates. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing for the error he tried to gaslight me over the phone. I had to drive far with kids to find something eles. Why would I tell him some random dates if the first thing I said was Do you have anything availability for tonight. Truly dissatisfied This review is for the other property they own on chelan.

Fishing access is limited, and one boat owner was protective with ‘stay off my lawn’ about the docks. Beaches were the highlight, relaxing once you get settled. Zero enforcement of any kind though (why even give guests wristbands and parking tags?). Beds and pillows were not comfortable, which made it harder to get a good night’s sleep. Kids had fun.

Not Fancy, But It Understood the Assignment
Checked into Campbell’s for the first time expecting “meh” and got a solid “okayyyy, I see you!” This isn’t the Ritz, but it is the kind of spot that makes you feel like you’re on a relaxing vacation.
We had a ground-floor room facing the lake—prime real estate for morning coffee and judging people’s paddleboarding form. The pool and hot tub were clean and super close (no uphill battles in a wet swimsuit, bless). The room was small but had all the basics.
Bottom line: Campbell’s is giving “chill, cozy, and convenient.” If you’re into clean rooms, lakeside views, and easy access to a hot tub after pretending to be athletic all day, this one’s for you. I’d come back in a heartbeat—with or without the family.

Location and amenities were great. The room was very spacious with amazing lake views, and the whole resort is very family friendly. The private beach was really nice too. Wish we stayed longer!

The resort itself is a wonderful family friendly water-front location! We enjoy the beach area, lake access and kayaks. However, they are known for being difficult to work with. Reservations are hard to come by and the registration/check in process is usually a hassle. Been attending the last 3-4 years as a family for a work conference, each time has been a hassle from reservation to pre check-in & check-in. It shouldn’t be difficult to let a family check-in while spouse is attending the conference. Not a great way to earn returning business.

We stayed a weekend while looking at vendors for our upcoming wedding. The hotel and accommodations were great, but we had more experience while working w/ the events team as we had our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks there. We worked w/ Kari originally to have room blocks and when they eere already booked up, they suggested the Midtowner Motel and gave us just as good service.
We then wanted to host our events there and the customer service continued. Great drinks, food and location - close to everything.
