Bought my first Sthil electric chainsaw from Jerry's. I'm afraid of the bigger gas powered ones so the electric one is the perfect size. The gentleman helping us was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Can't wait to use it for the first time.

Huge thanks to Jerry’s. Saved my butt today. Luis and Angel got me the batteries I needed to get my SeaDoos going for the weekend. I had already checked other parts stores in Chelan. I should’ve myself the time and went to Jerry’s NAPA. The guys working were super friendly and helpful. Next time, I’m going to Jerry’s first. ?

I would give them a million stars if I could! I needed a quick fix on an engine coil in order for me to get back home to Seattle safely, I had the part I needed with me and Jose was incredibly nice and helpful- I even tried to pay what they would have charged me for the part had they had it in stock and he declined as well as the cash tip I offered- he told me all he cares about is me making it home safely- and I did! Thank you so much! After a frustrating day I was able to make it home safely and was filled with gratitude the whole way home! Thanks again Jose!!

Went in to get brake parts they said they could have them the next day. When I got home I noticed they only charged for one of the two I ordered. Two days later when I went to pick up the parts I was charged a $18 delivery fee for each of the two items! What parts store charges for bringing in parts? Won’t be back there again!!
