We were visiting from out of town and ran into some car issues late in the day with a tight schedule the following morning. Juan checked out the car toward the end of the day, even though they were really busy, and diagnosed the issue. Really accommodating, generous, and professional.

These guys do amazing work I'm really happy with my car and how it came out was amazing and they work with insurance really well. There's no hastle or back and forth with insurance at all. The only issue is it did take a lot longer then the estimated time but it was well worth it for the job they did I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone especially since they put bid anyone in Chelan county and Okanogan county well worth it!!!

In the snow my car slammed into my neighbors' truck on the steep driveway. I'm so glad I took it to JMP here in Chelan. They not only did a great job they also took care of all the details with my insurance. I HIGHLY recommend them. They did a beautiful job.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!! From contacting my insurance company and arranging direct payment to an immediate quote to scheduling the work and making the damage look LIKE NEW, JMP was a dream to work with. The front end of my car connected with a deer that ran out in front of me. JMP took photos and submitted a detailed estimate to insurance (my local insurance agent told me JMP was great to work with). Within days we had insurance approval, parts arrived, and the job was scheduled. At every step, JMP was in contact with me. The front end was a mess. After the work, you cannot tell that it even happened. In fact, I think it's better than it was before. ALSO - JMP was called A&M Body Shop. New owners, same location. But the old owner now works part time for JMP. It's the best of both worlds.

I had some car trouble during my road trip while passing through the area. I needed emergent help, and the lovely staff at JMP fit me in ASAP so I could return to the open road.
