Amazing experience with Kevin’s Tire Service! They have great prices and even came down in price a little bit to match a competitor. They got my truck in quick. I was going to be at work all day when the truck was finished so he delivered it back to my house! I mean come on! I got home from work with my truck sitting in the driveway with new tires. That was pretty awesome. I love that they are local and are willing to go the extra mile. Can’t recommend them enough!

My boat trailer shredded a tire about 10 miles outside chelan and Kevin’s tire service was an incredible help to get me back up and running again. Not only did they let me borrow their floor jack but they made me a priority knowing that my boat was on the side of hwy 97 unattended. Super friendly fast honest service. 5 stars for sure!

Kevin’s is a local business that I would highly recommend.
While my car was at the dealership for scheduled maintenance they told me that my brakes needed to be replaced. After seeing their estimate, I spoke with an independent shop that my friend recommended on the west side and received a quote for new front pads and rotors and rear pads that was much more competitive. I was planning on using them until I spoke with a friend here in Chelan who highly recommended Kevin’s Tire Service. I spoke with them over the phone and was given a verbal quote for the work and decided I would give them a shot since I prefer to support local businesses whenever possible.
After dropping my car off with the expectation that the work would be completed in a few hours, I received a call informing me that the parts were delayed and that the car would be ready the next day. When I picked up the vehicle the next day I was told that the sensors he received were the wrong ones and that I would have to bring the car in the next day to have them replaced. Duc discounted his pricing to account for the inconvenience which was not expected but much appreciated.
The next day after the sensors were replaced the indicator light was still on. I asked him about it and he told me that it can sometimes take a little drive time for the system to reset and to bring it back if it didn’t go off after a day or so of driving. The light went off after two days and about thirty or forty miles and all was well. On day three the light came back on and would illuminate periodically so I brought it back by and Duc was going to replace the sensors. While I was waiting he came out and showed me that the light was on because the rear brakes were in need of replacing. I was a little taken aback since our conversation prior to bringing the car in were around replacing the rear pads in addition to the rotors and pads on the front. I was told it was going to be several hundred dollars more to do the rear. I expressed my frustration and concerns about what had happened. The miscommunication was unfortunate but Duc handled the situation wonderfully. He ordered the pads and replaced them at no charge within two days.
A situation that would likely have cost me more time and money and cost Kevin’s a customer resulted in a reminder of the benefits of supporting a local business that prioritizes customer service and values relationships. As a result of the quality of work and customer service I received, we will be taking our cars to Kevin’s for any service needed and highly recommend that you do too. Thank you to Duc!

Awesome people, both Zury and Duke. They helped me pick the best tires for my boat trailer, they had to be ordered and once they got them, they scheduled me right of way to have them installed and did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable compared to others.

Came here because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The owners arrived a few minutes after 10. Greeted me and examined the flat tire. A hole in the side wall was not repairable. I was on my way with 2 new tires in 30 minutes.

Apparently their business hours mean nothing as they close whenever they feel like it, tried to come in during prime hours on a weekday and they were closed
