Delicious pasta, good value too. I’m vegetarian and we had plenty to choose from. Specific pasta options can be made vegan too, just have to ask! Would come here again.
Vegetarian options: I ordered Pomodoro and cacio e pepe, which were both vegetarian.

The best pasta I have ever had ! Every ingredient was fresh, the textures were amazing and the place offers variety. Very affordable and a must try if you are in Chelan.

Pasta is incredible! It tastes like no other pasta I have ever had. You can feel the authenticity when you walk in the door and you can watch the pasta be made as well! Teague is an incredible business owner and made sure we were treated perfectly. Thank you!!

This was far & away the best food and dining experience I've had in Chelan. The fresh pasta was delicious, the dishes the kitchen made were phenomenal (if the gorgonzola is on rotation, it's incredible), and the staff was welcoming, helpful, and warm. The hard work to import high-quality ingredients and prepare them properly seriously pays off. Highly recommend to anyone!
