Stopped by last week to return two Amazon pkgs. Thought that the QR code was enough, but needed a label. Rats! Thought I was out of luck, but Lori helped me out and we got labels printed and affixed (one to a 8 ft long pole with no box...no problem!) and away I went! Talk about amazing customer service!
